pleasant stay but breakfast could improve

The staff provided service with a smile, making us feel welcome during our week-long stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for our family. The hotel’s location was great for exploring local sites. We appreciated the clean common areas that created a pleasant atmosphere.

The staff was very accommodating, and they helped with

directions and recommendations for nearby activities. The room offered sufficient space, but it could use some simple updates for a fresher look. I also appreciated the hot shower after a long day exploring.

the breakfast was a total disaster, with thick syrupy orange juice and a shocking lack of ketchup. plus, there's no excuse for the room being 86 degrees! after all that, i woudl ve definitely appreciated a complimentary bottle of water or a small gesture for my troubles, but alas, that just didn’t happen. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room was hot, but the AC was fixed the next day.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty basic. The beds were comfortably functional, which was good for us. The room had a nice couch and an eating area, but honestly, the cleanliness could have been better. One of our nights, the cook set off the fire alarms while we were in the lobby during breakfast, which was a bit alarming to say the least. I liked the space, but I definitely expected more from the overall upkeep.

Fast Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great, but I wished for laundry facilities.
